Feed your spirit at MCC-San Francisco! Our Sunday worship services offer similar theological content but with a diversity of musical expressions. Liberation theology, feminism, inclusive language and queer theology are alive and well at MCC-San Francisco.

Our Sunday 9am worship experience honors our historical roots in the progressive Christian tradition, inclusiveness, justice and healing.

Together we explore the cycles of the Christian liturgical year within a queer theological context. From Advent to Lent, Easter to Pentecost, and through the many seasons of the year this faith community cultivates our intellect and deepens our spiritual roots.

We sing hymns, offer sermons on a variety of topics that impact our spirituality and lives, and celebrate communion at a completely open table each week.

MCC San Francisco is a spiritual community which affirms that you are beloved! We serve as a witness of God’s radically inclusive love as “a home for queer spirituality.”

MCC San Francisco is part of the Metropolitan Community Churches, an international Christian denomination that embraces lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgender persons, along with their families, friends, and advocates.

We hope to see you soon!
